Institutional Professional Status
A company or institution automatically qualifies as a Professional Investor if it meets the following criteria:

- Balance sheet total of at least €20 million / NOK 235.000.000
- Own funds of at least €2 million / NOK 23.500.000

- Understand that I will lose certain protections afforded to non-professional investors
- Accept responsibility for keeping FENRIR AS informed of any changes that could affect my professional investor status
- Acknowledge that FENRIR AS requires documentation to verify my status before any investment can be made
